1) I can't
remember my password.
Please
use the "Remember Password" feature located on the login
page.
2) I didn't receive a confirmation email or receipt.
Sometimes
e-mails may get filtered into a "bulk bin" depending
on your security levels in your e-mail program. Please check the
bulk bin. If you still did not receive the email, you can still
log into your members area by using the email address you joined
with, and the password you chose.
3) I just signed up for a basic autoresponder account, but cannot
log into it.
The
basic autoresponder system takes up to 48 hours to activate your
account. When it is activated, you will need to use your DigitalAdGear
login credentials to log into your autoresponder account.
4) I just ordered leads, when will I get them.
Leads
are delivered within 48 hours of when they were ordered. In rare
cases when lead order volume is high it may take longer due to
the need for us to validate every lead before we deliver it to
you.
5) Where do I download my leads.
You
can download them from the "download leads" link in
your DigitalAdGear members area.
6) How do I cancel a my membership.
You
can cancel your recurring billing charges by logging into your
DigitalAdGear account and clicking on the "purchased products"
link, then click on the "downgrade" link of the product
you wish to cancel and that product will be canceled.
7) How do I know my Campaign Fox message series is being sent.
You
will need to use a tracking link for your Campaign Fox message
series. Use a tracking/redirect link that will track click-through's
for you. DigitalAdGear provides the option to purchase tracking
link ability.
8) Can I upload outside leads to The Campaign Fox product.
No,
you cannot add outside leads to the list in which your Campaign
Fox message series goes to. Only our opt-in leads will be used.
9) Can I upload outside leads to the Basic Autoresponder product.
Yes,
you can upload outside leads to the Basic Autoresponder product.
You will simply need to have them in the correct format for uploading.
You can also format the default settings in the Autoresponder
system that can match how your leads are already formatted. You
will also receive a full import report to your email address,
as well as in the the Autoresponder system.
10) How do I setup an ad-tracking link.
First
you need to purchase the ability to create and use the ad-tracking
link. When you have the product, you will need to click on the
"ad-tracking" link in your DigitalAdGear members area.
Then click on "create new tracking campaign". Then fill
in the URL (web address) you wish to be tracked. Then fill in
the "name" field. (Please do not include any spaces,
numbers, or special characters in the "name" field.)
Then click "create ad" and use the url that the ad-tracking
program gives you on the next page.
11) Can I have multiple ad-tracking links.
Yes,
absolutely you can. Once you purchase the ad-tracking ability,
you can create as many tracking links as you need.
12) Can I have multiple Autoresponder accounts.
With
the Basic autoresponder account, you can have as many lists, and
as many message campaigns as you'd like. You do not need multiple
accounts to log into.
13) How much commission do I earn.
We
payout a total of 20% commissions on all products sold. We pay
in a 2-tier format. We payout 15% on all direct referral sales,
and 5% on all sales that your referrals make. You do not have
to be a paying customer to be an affiliate. We pay our commissions
30 days after the month ending in which commissions were earned.
That means that if you earned commissions in May, we will pay
those commissions to you at the end of June.
14) Can I be a free affiliate.
Yes,
you may join as a free affiliate from any of our sign-up pages.
When you get to the "product purchase" page, simply
scroll to the bottom and click the box that says "no thanks,
I want to be a free affiliate".
15) I didn't get the "test" email from my campaign.
All test emails should be going out. Please check the "bulk bin"
or check the security settings in your email program in case it
was filtered. Please allow some time for the test email to go
through if it does not go through right away. If your test never
comes through please try testing with a different email address
as your ISP may be filtering it out completely due to the content
of your email.
16) Why
can't I see my Campaign Fox message series.
We
cannot show the message series that we create because the way
that Campaign Fox is setup, we could not prevent people from stealing
the message series that we created, and use it with another autoresponder.
The message series is a copyrighted product, and cannot be shown
to prevent theft of the material.
17) Can I add leads to the list that my Campaign Fox message series
is already going out to.
No,
no outside leads can be added to the Campaign Fox list.
18) Do you offer a guarantee that I will make money.
No,
we cannot guarantee that you will make any money from the promotions
that are sent.
19) How do I know if people are opening my e-mails.
The
best way to track if people are opening your emails, is to use
an ad-tracking link inside your email. That way you can gauge
how many people are looking at your ad/website.
20) How do I get a refund.
Transactions
later than 30 days old cannot be refunded. For the Basic Autoresponder
System, and Leads...No refunds will be given once paid for. As
there is no determining proof that you have not used them. Once
leads are delivered, they are assumed to be used. For Campaign
Fox, refunds are only given if the campaign series has not started
yet. If the message series has been created and the message series
has begun, the product will continue to run, and is therefore
marked as "used". No refunds will be given for ad-tracking,
as that is assumed as "used" once it is purchased. (Please
see our Terms of Service for chargeback fines.) Bulk mail campaign
credits are not refundable. They can however be exchanged for
other types of advertising we offer. Please submit a support request
for questions about this.
21) How long will it take to have my bulk mail campaign sent out.
Typically
it takes between 7-10 days to go through the approval process
and get started with the mailing. Once the mailing has started
it only takes a few hours to send to the list. Please check the
"campaign status" area in your DigitalAdGear members
area to see if/when your campaign was approved, and also see the
"estimated send date". It will be marked as "sent"
once your campaign has been sent.
22) Isn't bulk mailing, spamming.
No,
all the leads that we send mail to are opt-in leads in which we
have proof that they have opted-in. Including the IP address of
the computer in which they opted into, and the date/time stamp.
23)
What if I get accused of spamming.
If you do get
accused of spamming, send us the email address of the spam complainer,
and we will be happy to provide you with the opt-in proof.
